I don't need to tell you about the current situation around the world. You probably read these lines from your home office. Actually, I hope you do.

Countless small and medium businesses have seen their cash-flow vanish, and had to let go some of their employees.

I know that a big part of your brain is filled with anxiety for parents or grandparents, childcare logistics and your WFH environment.

It's OK to be scared, and to care about the people we love.

We are all in unknown territory.

I have already pledge not to let go anyone from Digidust as long as we can keep the company alive. All our staff was working from home before the pandemic so it doesn't change a lot for us. We just try to keep a strong connexion via our Basecamp.

I have also released the pressure on our deadlines, so our people have time to care about themselves and their families first.

Also, I have talked to - almost - all our clients to assess their marketing situation, and we have put together actions to adjust their current marketing plans, both at a strategical and an operational level.

It's "funny" how closer we feel from many of them in these troubled times.

We are definitely in this together.

Now that I have taken care of Digidust's clients and employees as much as I could, what else?

Well, there's not a lot I can do to help to be honest.

Because I'm just a marketer, this is where I should probably start.

This crisis is one of the most brutal ones in modern History. But it will come to an end, and I believe some companies can emerge with deepened relationship with their clients, partners and staff.

You can't keep on doing marketing the way you were doing it only 2 weeks ago.

So please Adjust and Adapt.

I'm here to help you in that process.

On Friday 27th, at Noon Eastern Time (NYC Time), I will go live on Instagram for an "Ask Me Anything about Marketing" session.

You can join, ask questions, stay silent and learn from other people's questions... It doesn't matter, as long as it can help you or at least, make you feel better.

In times of crisis, you can benefit from the power of your brand, corporate or personal.

I know the uncertainty kills you, but I'd like you to realize that uncertainty is not going anywhere, including once we will eventually have this pandemic under control.

We still don't know how to deal with climate change and many other global threats.

Uncertainty is the new normal.

You have to embrace it from a business and marketing point of view.

I will talk about that among other things tomorrow. Depending on who asks a question, I will answer in English or French.

Add this date and time to your calendar if you are interested, and join my on Instagram tomorrow Friday, at Noon Eastern Time (5PM Paris Time & 9AM LA Time).

If you know people currently lost from a marketing point of view, please send them this post or my Instagram profile.

If you need help but want to keep it private, feel free to DM me or email me. I will get back to you ASAP too.

Last but not least, if you don't have any question but want to simply say Hi, please do. We didn't have so many opportunities to hang out lately, so a bit of socialization can't hurt.

Hope to see you tomorrow.

Stay strong and stay home!
